Terms of use

Effective October 7, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Christian School Compass, published by Thin Air Studios LLC (“we”).

Information, not advice

The Compass summarizes public information to help families research schools. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Schedules, policies, and costs change: confirm important details, including chapel and worship times, directly with the college. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the Compass.

Independence

Christian School Compass is independent. It is not affiliated with any school it rates or any other ratings guide, and it accepts no payment from the schools we rate. Ratings are our editorial opinion based on the published methodology.

Your content

If you post a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Compass. Reviews must describe your own experience. Reviews may not contain rumors, allegations of misconduct against any person, personal information, profanity, or advertising. Reviews are moderated automatically and may be removed at our discretion.

Badges

Schools on the Honor Roll may display our badge, linked to their Guide page, free of charge. Badges may not be altered.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at high volume, or create accounts in bulk.

Third-party data

Federal data are public domain. Map data are © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
